When it comes to illness, and for that matter, just staying well, there are no magic bullets. There is no one thing that will be the answer for everyone. But a simple, high quality diet and lifestyle regime will, at least, give a person a fighting chance. For a more individualized program, designed specifically for you, it is important to seek out reliable, credible professionals to work with you.
Furthermore, be assertive! Take nothing at face value. Ask questions. Become involved, and be a participant in your healing process. Choose health and wellness over illness!
